ALIANZA BANCAMIGA Y PNUD: ARRANCO PROGRAMA PARA EMPRENDEDORES

Con el inicio de este programa, Bancamiga demuestra su compromiso con el país al desarrollar diversas líneas de acción en materia de Responsabilidad Social Empresarial, que tienen al emprendimiento como estrategia y eje transversal de su proceso de gestión.

Durante este proceso de formación participan 40 microempresarios de Caracas y de los estados Anzoátegui, Aragua, Bolívar, Carabobo, Falcón, La Guaira, Lara, Mérida, Miranda, Monagas, Nueva Esparta y Portuguesa<span class=”msoIns” style=”text-decoration:underline”>, gracias al apoyo de Bancamiga.

Bancamiga y el Programa de las Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo (PNUD) iniciaron este jueves el programa En Marcha Digital, que busca fortalecer la gestión de microempresarios en el país.

La iniciativa brindará a 40 microempresarios, durante tres meses, la oportunidad de recibir capacitación 100% online y gratuita, lo que facilitará su acceso a procesos de formación, asesoría personalizada, guías, videos y herramientas, que les ayudará a fortalecer y desarrollar un conjunto de buenas prácticas empresariales para lograr su crecimiento y sostenibilidad.

La formación comprende un primer componente teórico que incluye cuatro sesiones de 16 horas por semana. El segundo componente lo integran prácticas de asesorías personalizadas, donde cada uno de los participantes aplica de forma real las herramientas metodológicas en simultáneo con la parte teórica. Se prevé dos horas de acompañamiento semanal y la asesoría de un experto en marketing digital.

La Directora de Responsabilidad Social, Milagro González, expresó que Bancamiga es una empresa socialmente responsable que brinda respaldo y formación a emprendedores que contribuyen con el desarrollo económico del país.

“Queremos ser reconocidos como una entidad financiera que apueste por impulsar cada uno de los ámbitos que sirven de desarrollo a un país como son la educación, la cultura y el deporte”, explicó.

El inicio de este proceso de capacitación está enmarcado en el Memorando de Entendimiento suscrito en octubre de 2022 con el PNUD, que ofrecerá asistencia técnica para la transferencia y ejecución de sus metodologías de desarrollo empresarial.

Entre las condiciones para participar en la metodología de En Marcha Digital están ser una microempresa innovadora que esté activa, preferiblemente con menos de un año de funcionamiento, que sus propietarios dispongan de aproximadamente dos horas a la semana para intervenir en sesiones de capacitación y asesoría, y cuenten con recursos tecnológicos básicos como internet, smartphone o computador.

Capacitación y acompañamiento

Gustavo González, consultor certificado del PNUD y Director de Inverso Consultores C.A., sostuvo que apoyan a la organización con la formulación, seguimiento y evaluación de los programas relacionados con el emprendimiento.

“Nosotros somos consultores certificados en metodologías de desarrollo empresarial por el PNUD, entre estos programas está En Marcha Digital. La experiencia de formar a estos emprendedores siempre resulta muy gratificante”, sostuvo.

Una de las seleccionadas para participar fue Ysleidid Corona, de Valencia, estado Carabobo. Su propuesta consiste en desarrollar un servicio de citotecnología y docencia.

“La idea es establecer protocolos ajustados a lo que el cliente espera y llegar a acuerdos con otros profesionales para trabajar en una misma visión que beneficie al paciente”, detalló.

También manifestó su interés por obtener herramientas administrativas, sobre estructura de costos, rentabilidad, el aspecto legal y las permisologías para hacer escalable el negocio.

Otro de los emprendimientos escogidos fue el de Dubelys Nieves, de Caracas, que plantea la producción de alimentos deshidratados naturales para mascotas

“Mi emprendimiento consiste en hacer meriendas artesanales para mascotas basadas en una alimentación biológicamente apropiada. En el día a día, perros y gatos consumen gatarina y perrarina que es lo más práctico para los humanos, pero se puede lograr un balance y mejorar la calidad de vida de la mascota con alimentos de origen natural”, explicó.

Además, dijo que necesita asentar todo el conocimiento administrativo que es una base muy importante para que el negocio se mantenga en el tiempo y sea sustentable.
